Grading explained
Know what you're buying.
Every bundle states its grade. This is what each one means — in plain terms.
A
Grade A
Very good pre-owned condition. Items may show light signs of previous wear but should not contain significant defects affecting normal use.
B
Grade B
Pre-owned garments where signs of wear and/or minor imperfections may be present. This can include light marks, fading, small pulls or other normal signs of previous use.
MIXED
Mixed Grade
A mixture of conditions according to the individual bundle listing. Customers should always refer to that product's description for the expected grade composition.
Pre-owned and vintage clothing can show signs of wear appropriate to its grade. We never describe pre-owned stock as flawless unless an individual item genuinely is.
