Question 1

Are the vintage items authentic?

Accepted Answer

Our wholesale bundles are made up of pre-owned branded garments sourced for resale. They are sold as authentic stock and are completely separate from anything in Rep Resources.

Question 2

Can I choose specific brands?

Accepted Answer

Brands vary with current stock. We show examples of brands that may appear, but we do not guarantee specific brands unless a listing explicitly says so. You can share preferences in the bundle builder.

Question 3

What condition are the items in?

Accepted Answer

Every bundle lists its grade — Grade A, Grade B or Mixed. Pre-owned garments can show wear in line with their grade.

Question 4

Will I receive the exact items pictured?

Accepted Answer

Not unless the listing says so. Photos are representative of the type of stock in a bundle.

Question 5

How long does dispatch take?

Accepted Answer

NYRO aims to dispatch physical orders within 1–3 working days after payment. This is an aim, not a guarantee. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the courier and service used. Tracking details will be provided where available.

Question 6

Can I order more than 100 pieces?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the bulk enquiry form and tell us the volume and mix you need.

Question 7

What are Rep Resources?

Accepted Answer

Rep Resources are digital education and supplier resources. They are a separate area and are not connected to our authentic wholesale stock.
